Field Operation Process Manager III

For more information, check out www.fieldcore.com Role Summary/Purpose: The Field Operation Process Manager will be responsible for partnering with the multiple functions within the Field Operations Org ( IT, Field Vision, Productivity, Service Line , etc) to identify the business gaps and risks in current field process and them design and implement the right solutions and training. The Field Operation Process Manager will integrate and develop processes that meet resource needs across the segment, and contribute to the overall business strategy. Essential Functions: o Manage segments and/or workstreams within Field Operations process o Drive standardization, solutions and optimization of field processes o Lead the global strategy and execution of the Site Incentive Program o Partner with Finance and HR to ensure timely and compliant payout of site compensation globally o Lead site compensation team to drive process simplification, execution, and communication / training o Identify gaps in field process and address those gaps with realistic solutions o Partner with the Data Analytics team to review metrics needed to drive process optimization o Partner with the Field Automation Team to enhance and automate processes as appropriate o Partner with region leadership to communicate and train field employees on new processes; drive adoption with employees. o Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: o 5+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge o 3+ years managing and/or developing multi-discipline teams, preferably with international reach across multiple service types o 5+ years of specialized/industry experience o Bachelor's degree o Master's degree preferred o English proficiency required Desired Characteristics: o Experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or project management experience o 5 - 10 years of leadership level experience in a global/complex environment o Demonstrated success leading Project Management teams 18-0553

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
