National Accounts Director

Rotech is seeking a Director of National Accounts to join our team. In this position you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of new and existing contracts at a national level. Provides outstanding customer service for several large multi-million dollar national accounts. Implements strategic plans and provides high level support of complex account requirements.Collaborates with multiple levels of leadership including field and Billing Center (BCC) management to maximize revenue growth and profitability.

Leads the development and implementation of multi-million dollar, complex, nation-wide accounts
Achieves planned market positioning and shares within the industry
Works with large national accounts to obtain capitated agreements in all states where available
Serves as the point of contact for large national accounts, and bridges relationships at the local, regional, and national level
Identifies and builds relationships with off-site case management for several national accounts.
Supports the Managing Director, Contracts in communicating new opportunities and contractual obligations
Solicits, negotiates, implements and manages ongoing profitability of assigned complex, multi-state, managed care contracts that span regions and/or divisions.
Handles renegotiation of national contracts when necessary
Responsible for effective account management in order to understand and document the authorization process, billing rules, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and account trends to ensure continuous improvement within each account
Collaborates with nation-wide field sales personnel on revenue growth within their territories
Works with Billing Center Management to reduce/maintain company DSO and cash collections levels for all accounts
Evaluates market trends and monitors / reports on key customer needs
Attends Business Review Meetings and other face to face meetings with national Accounts as needed/required by contract
Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of ten years of national level complex account management care experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and work experienc
Experience with successful contract implementation and delivery highly desired

Communicate to others in person, on the telephone, and electronically
Travel extensively via airplane and/or vehicle
Utilize computer for extensive hours
Lift and carry up to 50lbs during travel
Regularly review documents with small print

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
